Returns process:
    If your tongue switch, adaptor or blow switch cable breaks within 6 months and it wasn't your fault, e.g. it was not due to mistreatment, aggressively pulling on the cable, tampering with the switch, cutting it open, or using it as a bite switch, etc., then a return will be accepted. If your blow switch pressure unit fails within one year then it will be replaced. No returns or replacements will be issued for failures outside this time frame. If any cable item breaks after 6 months, if you return it to me I will repair it for free, but the customer must pay the shipping fee to have it sent back to them.

    If returning within the periods set out above, you will be required to send the faulty switch/part back, and once the returned switch/part has been received and confirmed faulty through no fault of your own, a replacement will be dispatched as soon as possible. No refund or replacement will be offered if the faulty item is not returned.
